Since CNA global insurance believes the death of Wesley Urso is noncompensable, his family and friends have been burdened with his funeral and burial expenses. The Defense Base Act claim has been held up for over a year now and the the defense attorneys were granted an extension to the May 20th date and the new trial date is set for November 20. Luckily during Wesley's 27 years of life he was surrounded by great friends that made this goal possible. Thank you to everyone that helped us make this monument a reality.
